For a real home from home and lots of new friends for your dog, why not stay in one of Edinburgh’s dog friendly guest houses or B&Bs? There are lots for you to choose from, but here are three of our favourites.

Brae Guest House is a family run, cosy place. You’re guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome when you arrive and a delicious fresh cooked breakfast in the morning.

Just a few miles outside of the centre, you’ll find the stunning Rathan House. They offer comfortable en-suite rooms surrounded by natural beauty. They even have their own resident dog for you to make friends with.

Bo’mains Farmhouse is a little outside the city centre, but it is well worth the travel. Located on a working Scottish farm, with large rooms, delicious afternoon tea and friendly hospitality, you won’t want to leave.
